Rethinking the 2% Dehydration Rule: The latest research

If you haven’t heard, the 2% rule is more hype than actual fact. As recently reported on Sweat Science, recent research appears to have finally turned the tables on the 2% dehydration rule. Rather than rehash these papers, which I’ve included below, the Tipcast will focus on why they’re different, and why those differences are important. Here are two of the papers discussed:
