While we often think of coaching as it
relates to athletes, coaching is recognized as an effective means to
achieve a desired effect in many areas of one’s life. Moreover,
contemporary sports coaching is often confused with simply receiving a
training plan and occasional emails from a “coach”.
True coaching, however, involves regular
interaction with someone who knows you and can objectively critique
your goals, training (subjective & objective data), and results
based on your lifestyle to help you achieve your success. To this end,
all ESP clients receive the same commitment to communication and
comprehension of their lives; in short, to achieve success we need to
know you.
It is for these reasons, that our
ESP clients can expect to be more than just another account number. In
turn, we expect each client to take their commitment to their goals
seriously by communicating to us and making the most of their money. As
the saying goes, “Garbage in, garbage out!”; your time and
money are valuable to us both, as is your success.
ESP Coaching programs, therefore, reflect a
time commitment to you on our part; i.e., the more you pay, the greater
the quantity of QUALITY service you will receive. We recognize that not
everyone can afford our high end programs, but not everyone requires a
weekly or daily plan, either. Recognize the commitment level you can
provide and the ultimate goals you seek and you will find your plan!
In addition to our coaching plans, ALL CLIENTS receive:
Sports and Athletic Activities: Running,
Cycling, Triathlon, Speed Skating, Cross-Country Skiing, Health &
Fitness, as well as off-season conditioning for many team sports.
Others may be discussed to assess applicability.

More
than a euphamism for skill, the ESP Elite coaching program is designed for individuals
are seeking mastery of their chosen activity and require a detailed and
specific training plan, objective feedback and daily power analysis
with weekly consultation (for cyclists & triathletes), or
bi-monthly one-on-one sessions (e.g., runners/skaters, fitness). This
plan is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about training and
competition, but whose goals and time demand more specific plan that
changes regularly. It is also suited to those who do possess the
experience needed to guide their own training. Athletes will receive
regular communication via telephone, or in person, to tailor their
physical training with their mental preparation.
Participants of this plan can expect:
- A yearly training (Periodization) plan
- A bi-weekly training plan with alterations as needed
- Daily power file analysis with weekly consults
- Weekly phone calls
- Sport specific, Perdiodized Nutritional Plan Set-up
- Sport-specific strength & conditioning program
- Periodic meetings, or power file consults – TBD
$450/month + One month Start-Up Deposit

Competition Plan
Our ESP Competition Program is
designed for individuals who require a general monthly plan and
objective feedback with occasional consultation of power files (for
cyclists & triathletes), or periodic one-on-one sessions (e.g.,
runners/skaters, fitness). This plan is ideal for someone who is
knowledgeable about training and competition, but needs help designing
a realistic and comprehensive plan, along with regular “spirit
building” conversations.
Participants of this plan can expect:
- A yearly training packet with workout examples
- A general monthly training plan with training objectives
- Regular e-mail contact
- Weekly phone calls
- Nutritional guidance ($100)
- Sport-specific strength & conditioning program
- Periodic meetings, or power file consults – TBD
$250/month + One month Start-Up Deposit
